a joint venture between The Burrell Company and Premier Property Group www.premierburrell.co.uk				RAVELRIG HOUSE, Balerno, Edinburgh The project involves the conversion and restoration of Ravelrig House, together with it's Stables and Cottages to form 11 houses, all within the grounds of the historic Ravelrig Estate. Quality white bathroom fitments with Hansgrohe chrome fittings will be used throughout. White wall tiling to the shower areas will be provided and mirrors will feature above the majority of wash hand basins.
				CITY, Aberdeen All bathrooms and en-suite shower rooms have white sanitary ware with chrome fitments. Electric or thermostatic showers are fitted above all baths. Shaver sockets and chrome heated towel rails will be installed as standard. White wall tiling to shower and bath areas will be provided with mirrors above sink and painted white emulsion to enhance the walls.
				ELMHILL HOUSE, Aberdeen A Category 'B' Listed former hospital, Elmhill House is an attractive and imposing feature building designed and erected in 1862 by William Ramage as an extension to the original hospital facilities. Quality white bathroom fitments with Hansgrohe chrome fittings will be used throughout.
				DRUMSHEUGH GARDENS, Edinburgh Quality white bathroom fitments complemented by Hansgrohe fixtures and fitments fitted throughout. Bathroom and Shower Rooms are fully tiled with ceramic tiles. Mirrors feature above Duravit wash hand basins, with fitted showers over the majority of baths and Phillip Stark designed walk-in showers within Shower Rooms.
